Where BFS Is

I’m on special assignment this week, so blogging will be light – just as it is most other weeks. But this week I have an excuse, because I don’t have computer access for much of the day and evening, and when I do return home to the DSL, I’m too sun-zapped and beat to think of anything bloggy.

When I set out on assignment, I considered doing some “from the road” reports, in the spirit of Where Dave Is. Unfortunately, my sober adventures don’t lend themselves to much regaling. To the extent that they can be immortalized, I’ve already attempted to do so for my Sunday SJ-R column. Be sure to look for it.

Well, that’s it for me, then. Here’s to cooler days and better fair attendance.

Dan,

You might try this suggestion to clear the old "blogger jam" as they call it in the biz.

Try parking a few hundred cars a day old Chap. The mundane experience is sure to set your mind free. This will allow you to think about issues that will bring your readers residing on the far-reaching ends of the political spectrum together in the perfect hunter-prey relationships we have grown to love.

Dan,

I just wanted to say I am honored to be name dropped by such an upstanding member of the Spfld blogging community.

But all your adventures need to be blogworthy is a little Natty Light. If Popeye was a blogger it'd be his spinach. Though I was the horseraces in the Grandstand the last two days and with heat like this your are probably better off pouring the Natty on your head, or throwing it at Andy Miller. That guy has cost me so many Exactas i want to cry.

David,

I prefer Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. But I stay away from it when the heat index hits three digits.

Thats why Natty is so clutch. Its pretty much water so you get hyrdrated with a touch of drunk. Its essentially alcoholic vitamin water.
